Business Process Support and Reengineering

We help our clients to design their business processes and systems in all departments, such as Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, Production, etc. We gather information as much as possible to describe our clients business processes detail. One of many ways to do this is by interviewing each people that related to the processes. By describing business processes detail, our clients will get their business processes clearly.

These activities needed to support the company during ERP System implementation. Business processes defined earlier will be created as the system Blueprint document and treated as the basis during system design and development in the implementation project.

Not only mapping, but we also help our clients to reengineer their business processes, systems, and organizational structure to achieve a dramatic improvement in performance. We study our clients’ current business processes. We verify them to all people that related to the processes. We analyze the current business processes and use it as a basis to create the new business processes. We do not change our clients’ business processes holistically, but we just reengineer them to achieve more effective and efficient processes. However, the approval of our proposed business processes is still in our clients’ hand.
