IP-PBX Call Center

Thursday, 03 May 2007 On December 2006, MSU start to develop call center application running on IP-PBX (Asterisk). The aim is to develop a reliable web based call center application which runs on IP-PBX system that provides a complete call center function and features.

CEO of Midas Solusi Utama, Unggul Depirianto says,"Our main goal is to produce the first local (Indonesian) web based call center which running on IP-PBX system based on SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) technology which is predicted to be the future technology base used by Telecommunication industries".

Based on the technology used on the call center currently being developed, MSU will be able to provide clients with a call center system which is ready to support Voice over IP (VoIP) which allows remote access.

The development of the Call Center system which will be announced as Voms Call Center is currently in the finishing stage. “We are polishing the design of the web GUI to ease user access and are preparing to launch the product very soon” said Arief Sofyan, the MSU IT Development analyst.
